The history of the Manhattan is cloaked in mystery. Was it an enigmatic mixologist at the Manhattan Club, or could it have been the chatty young chap down at the Manhattan Inn? Perhaps this supernatural bartender could be in many places at once, popularizing the late 19th-century cokctail amongst New York’s savviest crowd. We hope to honor the Manhattan mysterioso with our rendition, mixing Bourbon, Accompani Sweet Vermouth, and Aromatic Bitters.
